Mr. Jennings received a J.D. from the University of Kentucky Law School where he was on the nationally ranked moot court team, and was awarded the Lawyers Cooperative Award for being first in his class in Estate and Income Tax Law. Mr. Jennings also received a B.A. from Washington and Lee University, and a M.B.A. from Loyola (Ill.) University. Before joining the firm, Mr. Jennings had extensive business experience as a national manager with Sears, as well as Vice-President of a manufacturing company and as a successful entrepreneur and CEO. Mr. Jennings has been admitted to the bar in Kentucky, as well as all federal and state courts in Pennsylvania. Mr. Jennings is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations.
