Mr. McBrien received his B.A. in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Villanova University. After Graduation, Mr. McBrien worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Richard S. Lowe, former President Judge of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. McBrien is a former Chairman of the Montgomery County Law Reporter committee and Editor of the Montgomery County Law Reporter. Mr. McBrien has extensive trial experience and is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, where he is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations. Mr. McBrien is a solicitor for Whitpain Township in sewer matters and its present representative to the East Norriton-Plymouth-Whitpain joint authority.
